1. Project management and oversight responsibility including local management and supervisory personnel. 2. Provisions for a customer service center and call support. 3. Design of proposed final zone boundaries and service delivery methods within pilot project area. 4. Providing paratransit services for the entire City service area. 5. Providing a software platform to meet scheduling, dispatching, and customer expectations. 6. Providing, maintaining, cleaning, storing, and fueling the vehicle fleet that includes ADA compliant vehicles and are branded specifically for the Salisbury Transit service. 7. Hiring, training, supervising, and coordinating operators. 8. Proposing financial plan including projected ridership and revenues and development of draft budget 9. Branding, marketing, and communications and outreach efforts. 10. Providing performance data collection methods and metrics to meet reporting requirements and evaluation criteria in alignment with the Mobility for Everyone, Everywhere in North Carolina (MEE NC) Data Management Plan (DMP) which defines specific metrics, data ownership, data storage, and data access requirements. 11. Expectation of collaboration with City representatives on development of the Microtransit and paratransit implementation plan and flexibility on adjusting service levels and/or methods as needed.
