To perform electrical upgrades per the project requirements provided below: 1. Building 5: Contractor will need to replace (1) 800AMP MDP, 480/277 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire along with (1) 45KVA transformer, 480 volts primary and 208/120volt secondary, and wires (3) - #4AWG and 1 #8 ground. Replace (1) 4’ foot led fixture; install new insulation, drywall and patch and paint to match existing color. See Exhibit “1” for location. 2. Building 5: Replace FPL feeders: 3 sets of (4)-300MCM x from MDP to FPL ground mounted transformer. 3. Building 7: Replace wires from panel to Building 5. (4) – 4/0 AWG conductors and (1) #4 ground. See Exhibit “1” for location. 4. Building 5: There is a separate electrical room with 3 panels (5HD, 5HC, 5HB) which are for Musco control cabinets. Replace all feeder wires from the Musco panels to the MDP. Each run has (4) #2 AWG and 1 #8 ground. 5. Building 5: Street light wires can be re-spliced in Main MDP. 6. Contractor to provide and install new breakers for the new MDP in Building 5: Three (3) 100amp 3 pole breakers for the Musco equipment. One (1) 100amp 3 pole breaker to feed Building 6. One (1) 150amp 3 pole breaker to feed Building 7. One (1) 80amp 3 pole breaker to feed the transformer in Building 5. And one (1) 30amp 2 pole breaker to feed the street lights.
