The selected auditor shall provide two services for the Township of Wall as follows: 1. The auditor shall conduct the necessary annual audit in compliance with all standards and regulations. The auditor shall conduct the necessary exit conferences and consultative services that are necessary to properly inform and advise the Township of any areas of concern that may be noted. 2. The auditor shall provide consultative services and necessary and appropriate actions to assist the Township in transitioning to a new Chief Financial Officer as a result of the retirement of the previous long-tenured CFO. Such actions will include the advice and assistance on the development of the Annual Financial Statement (AFS), Annual Debt Statement, and other advice that may be necessary and appropriate based upon prior reviews/audits and generally accepted practices.
