The scope of work may include but not be limited to: planning, research and field investigation; preparation of preliminary and final engineering reports; surveying; final design and construction plans; cost estimation; preparation of bid documents; plans, specifications and addenda; regulatory permit applications preparation, responses to regulatory agency RAIs, and approval support; easement and plat preparation; bid evaluation; coordination of change orders; review of invoices; services during construction; record drawings in mylar and AutoCAD; and other related professional services associated with the design, construction, start-up, and initial operations of the Water Reclamation Facility. Original expectations were that the facilities were to be built in 3 phases, with this being the second phase having a design capacity of 3.0 MGD.
