A. Site and land use planning. B. Facility and project design. C. Attending meetings of the Planning Board and the Township Committee when required. D. Review and preparation of land use ordinances. E. Assistance in preparation of redevelopment plans for delineated areas. F. Preparation of reports regarding delineation of selected areas as areas in need of redevelopment or rehabilitation. G. Advising the Planning Board and Township Committee with respect to affordable housing obligations. H. Implementation of the Township’s Master Plan. I. Advising the Planning Board and the Township Committee and preparing necessary documents to apply to the Council on Affordable Housing for substantive certification. J. Preparation and submission of permit applications, Green Acres applications, Grant Applications, correspondence, and the like to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection and any other applicable state or federal regulatory agency as well as any other private entity, as required. K. Preparation of updates/amendments to the Township’s Recreation Open Space Inventory. L. Familiarity with Floodplain Management best practices and the FEMA CRS Program.
