The Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) mission is to support individuals with unique abilities and their families in living, learning, and working within their local communities by creating multiple pathways to possibilities. As such, the Agency understands that holistic health care is essential for clients to meet their God-given potential to thrive. The Agency strives to ensure the utilization of preventative and comprehensive dental care for Floridians with unique abilities. The Agency is issuing this Request For Proposal to interested nonprofit organizations for the purpose of establishing a statewide program to provide dental care and related services to Floridians with developmental disabilities. Interested nonprofit organizations are encouraged to partner with a for-profit organization to establish a teaming model approach in their response to this procurement and service delivery.
