To design and construct an approximate 2,795 square foot space that will house the Chamblee Real-time Crime Center. Within the space there will be a command center which will house 6 workstations, a 6x2 55” tv-wall, and a small network room. An adjacent conference room will be attached to the command center with store front glass looking into the center. The existing conference room (CID Conference Room) will be renovated to add two additional CID offices for staff. An existing CID office (225) will be demolished to accommodate an additional ingress/egress to the space. All structured cabling shall be CAT6 or higher and is to be terminated in IDF closet on two-post rack mounted patch panel. These components and structure are not provided by the City. Additional space is required to house a fitness mat room and storage space within the proposed space.
