• Elevator modernization of the three-stop passenger hydraulic elevator at the Greenhill Center of the Arts building at 950 W Main St, Whitewater, WI 53190. Work includes the replacement of all machine room equipment and control systems. Elevator doors, equipment and control stations shall be upgraded to meet ADA and all current code requirements. An elevator monitoring system will be installed. Fire Fighter Service operation will be provided. Refer to the contract documents for complete project scope. • Heating and cooling improvements to the equipment room shall be implemented to satisfy the equipment criteria and warranties as outlined in the contract documents. • Electrical feeder and source panel shall occur per the contract documents. • New LED light fixtures will be provided in machine rooms, in hoistways, and in elevator lobbies where required and outlined within the contract documents.
