• Twelve (12) tree wraps (lights) shall be installed on South Warren Street between East State Street and Lafayette Street; for a total of 12 tree wraps. The tree wraps include trunks and are up to 30'. Materials (tree lights, clamps and other equipment shall be picked up in City Hall , 319 East State Street, 3rd floor, Department of Housing and Economic Development. • Three (3) newly installed displays of lights shall also be installed across South Warren Street. The display will consist of cluster lights with a 3' centerpiece, either a star or snowflake, etc. The city will work with you to provide some options from which you can select. Awarded bidder shall work with the city to get business owner permission for adequate support. • Lower roofline lighting shall also be installed starting at 24 South Warren Street and extending down to East Lafayette Street. Twinkle lights will be installed every 5th, 6th or 7th light in warm white. The City of Trenton Engineer will need to approve the lighting plan prior to installation.
