Design of a 20-year roofing system to replace the Combined Shop Maintenance Support (CSMS) building’s existing 35,000 SF asphalt roofing system with single-ply PVC membrane system. Design should include flashing, parapets, envelope, and other required details; sloped insulation to direct water to scuppers / gutter system and increase R-values; replacement of existing scuppers and gutter system as needed to meet design; maintaining mid-roof drains and adding additional downspouts where needed; maintaining existing structure construction joints; mounting of existing mechanical and miscellaneous roof mounted equipment; PVC drainage system ties and cast iron boots to existing storm water system where needed; lightning protected Antenna mount with weather head and conduit routed to COMMO room(s); lightning protection risk assessment to determine the need for a lightning protection system; and high roof ladder access
