: Aerosol marking paints need to have been specifically designed for marking lines, numbers, and logos on all types of athletic fields. The paints shall have a one pass mark for bold, bright visible markings; high solids formula for one (1) coat coverage, UV resistant formula, 17 to 20 ounce can with non-clogging locking spray tip, and penetrates and adheres to hot, cold, and wet surfaces. The marking paint needs to be easily applied by hand, wand, or marking machines. The white athletic field marking paint shall contain optical brighteners for maximum reflectance under ultraviolet (UV) stadium lights and sunlight. Athletic field marking paint shall conform to the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) guidelines, and not harm grass, uniforms or players.
