a. Contractor shall furnish and install five (5) new overhead bay doors. Doors shall be Stormtite 625 Series Insulated Service Door (or PBC approved equal), as referenced in Exhibit “1”. b. Reference Exhibits “1” – “6” for replacement requirements. c. Execute work in a manner to protect adjacent equipment and other existing items against damage. Bay door sequencing will be required to allow fire trucks and fire apparatus to continue to operate for service calls 24/7. d. Disconnect electrical power, entrapment protection, push-button and remote control connections. e. Properly remove five (5) overhead doors; assembly to include panels, track, rollers, motor, torsion shaft assembly, trolley and push-button controls. All removed components shall be properly disposed of away from the property each day, and clear drive paths for fire trucks.
