The consultant services required shall include: 1. Conducting archival research of the existing CRS documentation including but not limited to the 2019 Verification Report issued by ISO, including the existing Storm Water Master plan and the Emergency Operations Plan. City staff will assist in conducting the research, as required; and 2. Developing and implementing a Program for Public Information (PPI); and 3. Developing and implementing a Repetitive Loss Area Analysis (RLAA); and 4. Developing and implementing a Substantial Damage Response Plan (SDRP); and 5. Reviewing the areas of open space within the City and creating a GIS layer and map for all creditable Open Space Preservation (OSP); and 6. Reviewing and recommending improvements to currently credited activities; and 7. Reviewing and recommending participation in additional activities to increase credit; and 8. Organizing digital files of all work produced as part of activities related to activities to support the efforts of the project; and 9. Meeting with CITY staff, during regular business hours or as requested for times that may fall outside of regular business hours, to discuss review of the efforts and as needed to discuss other issues related to the completion of the services referenced herein; and 10. Attending at a minimum of five public meetings, such as the City Commission, or other public workshops as may be required.
