The scope of work will include the design and permitting of a regional stormwater management facility that will help the Port of Fort Pierce better address current/future stormwater management needs. This design and permitting effort will include project required surveying and all aspects of upland civil engineering; including, but not limited to, stormwater/drainage, utility, geotechnical, transportation, and electrical engineering design. The proposed stormwater management facility will also include bicycle and pedestrian features, landscape design, and other passive recreational elements that enhance the performance of the facility, provide additional water quality benefits, and promote a seamless integration of the facility with the adjacent Lincoln Park.
