Palm Beach County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide static and digital advertising services at Palm Tran bus stops. Selected contractor (Contractor) shall organize and maintain bus stop advertising throughout Palm Beach County, in a revenue sharing arrangement with Palm Tran. Municipalities in Palm Beach County may also access the resultant contract through a partnership with the COUNTY, in which the municipality’s governing board authorizes the COUNTY to assume all rights, title, and interests to existing bus shelters currently located within the jurisdiction of the municipality, as well as any bus shelters installed within their jurisdiction as part of this contract, should the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners (Board) authorize such a partnership, and upon the effectuation of a fully executed agreement between the Municipality and the Board.
