The bid includes regular systematic examination, adjustment and lubrication as required and if conditions necessitate, repairing or replacing of the following: a. Check both up/down directions leveling for proper floor landing alignment b. Check oil level, car parked at top landing, check for leaks, and pump units, valve, piping, hoses and drip pan c. Check pumps belt tensions d. Check connections and starter contacts e. Check fuses and relays for loose connections f. Clean pit, empty pit pan and check piston packing g. Check roller guides for proper conditions and clearances h. Lubricate rails as needed i. Check and clean tracks, gate and door interlock contacts, property adjust eccentrics, gibs and door closer tensions j. Check conditions and tensions on belts, chain, door clutch, linkage, operator cams and contacts k. Clean and check inspection stations and alarm bell for proper operation l. Check emergency cab lights and replace as needed m. Check all signal lamps and replace when necessary n. Perform annual No Loan Pressure Test of Hydraulic Elevators witnessed by 3rd Party o. Provide 3rd Party Annual Inspection of all units
