The winning Bidder will furnish all labor and materials required to design, engineer, manufacture, deliver, and erect a metal 10,000 square foot warehouse with 2,000 square feet of it being climate controlled. Once the project is complete, the Bidder shall restore the project area to a condition at least equal to that existing prior to the work. Warehouse must include the following: 1. Metal Building Design 2. Approximately 25’ Ceiling Height 3. HVAC System for the climate-controlled room 4. Storage space above climate-controlled room with stairs 5. Lighting shall be LED with a minimum of 5,000 Lumens 6. ASCE 7 Exposure C wind rating 7. Sprinkler system in accordance with NFPA 13 8. Heated and Insulated in the main Warehouse 9. Ceiling Fans in the main warehouse section 10. 2 overhead garage doors approximately 16’ wide X 16’ High 11. Raised dock for semi-truck loading/unloading with overhead garage door (8’6” Wide X 10’ High) 12. Provide a Warehouse Layout
