Divisible Classrooms (123 & 124) - Local presentation rooms - 10’ ceilings with drop ceiling tiles - Both rooms will have the same setup and run from a centralized AV rack in storage room 126 - Divide/combine functionality o When rooms are divided the displays within their respective rooms will show the same content and audio source selectable from two (2) locations in Class 1 and three (3) locations in Class 2. o When rooms are combined all displays within both rooms will show the same content and audio source (mics and content audio). Selectable from any of the combined five (5) locations (five (5) floor boxes) - Two (2) mobile branded lecterns that can be rolled to any of the five (5) floor boxes for HDMI and MIC connections (one (1) lectern per room). o Content will be shared from a lectern whether rooms are separated or combined - Two (2) sets of wireless microphones (to include handheld and lavalier versions in each set for a total of two (2) handheld and two (2) lavalier microphones) - Audio: o Flush-mounted ceiling speakers throughout o Gooseneck mic built into each lectern (plugged into floor box with XLR connection) o Two (2) Wireless channels. Each room will have one (1) channel each with the option of using a handheld or lavalier mic. When the room is combined, both channels can be used throughout both rooms. - Video: o Twelve (12) 85” displays at all TV locations with full articulating mounts Option for projector and screens on the south wall in lieu of the two (2) 85” displays per room (this is for proper viewing distance for the middle back of rooms) o Sources will include nine (9) total options: One (1) HDMI input in each floor box for a total of five (5) (HDMI over Cat6 from box to Room 126, cable provided by owner) One (1) Wireless sharing per room for a total of two (2) One (1) Extra source per room TBD (could be cable TV, Roku, etc…) - Control/Automation: o Partition sensor to automatically divide and combine both rooms AV system (Optional, can be a push button or touchscreen control panel) - Customer to provide rack, power, and data cabling. Class 3 (142) - Videoconference setup (Provided by the City of Bowling Green) - Three (3) 85” displays with full articulating mount and AV decoder (cable TV or buildingwide video distribution) - HDMI floor plate over Cat6 or Cat6 shielded to TV distribution location (HDMI over Cat6 from box to Room 126, cable provided by owner) - HDMI 1x4 - One (1) mobile branded lecterns that can be rolled to any of the five (5) floor boxes for HDMI and MIC connections. Conference (102) - One (1) 85” display with full articulating mount and AV decoder (cable TV or buildingwide video distribution) - HDMI floor plate over Cat6 or Cat6 shielded to TV (HDMI over Cat6 from box to Room 126, cable provided by owner) Meeting (107) - One (1) 85” display with full articulating mount and AV decoder (cable TV or buildingwide video distribution) - HDMI floor plate over Cat6 or Cat6 shielded to TV (HDMI over Cat6 from box to Room 126, cable provided by owner)
