City of Haines City will accept proposals from qualified General Contractors for the purchase and install of a new PVC pool liner system. The awarded Contractor shall be capable and experienced to provide but not limited to: all required purchases, installation labor, engineering, permits, installation materials, tools, transportation, handling, supervision, and related services to successfully execute and complete the Scope of Work identified within this RFP document. FT. - Perimeter 337 FT. Bathing Load: 134 Key features include 60 mil PVC pool liner, white. Black racing lanes and targets for a 6-lane pool. Pool steps to be designated by black trim on the front of the steps and must be durable for heavy traffic. The timeline for completion is set for March 1, 2025. PVC membrane system to be guaranteed by the manufacturer for workmanship, materials, and performance for a period of no less than ten (10) years.
