1. Lullwater Park and the Lot across the road on Lullwater Drive next to the pond. This location does not have any irrigation; however, it tends to grow quickly. The contractor will perform the following duties year-round including but not limited to: a. Lawn Mowing: Mow all grass areas with sharp mower blades to achieve even and uniform appearance. b. Landscaping: Weed eat the canal, culvert, pond, fenced, grass, tree and bushes areas on the parks. Weed eat all areas including fenced areas and all grass areas. Trim all trees/bushes as needed, blow off surrounding road areas, culvert/pond areas and repair any park holes from car/truck tire damage. c. General: Keep all areas cleaned and maintained weekly. Any walkable area shall be blown off free from grass clippings or other debris. d. Other: Fill in holes and divots when needed due to vehicle damage. The City will provide dirt if needed. e. Garbage: All litter, trash, limbs and debris shall be removed from landscape and playground areas. f. Invasive insects or diseases - Inspect for invasive insects or diseases and report any issues. 2. Popeye Park and Popeye Park Island: The contractor will perform the following duties year-round including but not limited to: a.
