This scope of services describes and defines the Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) services which are required for contract administration, inspection, and materials sampling and testing for the construction of the Southeast County Line Road Bridge Replacement Project. The project is a bridge removal and replacement project on Southeast County Line Road. The project is located over the North Fork of the Loxahatchee River. The proposed bridge is a four (4) span – 205’ long FDOT Florida slab Beam Bridge. The substructure is 24” square precast concrete piling with cast in place concrete intermediate pile cap bents. The work that will be completed includes, but is not limited to, the replacement of the existing bridge, bridge demolition, new bridge construction, and the relocation of utilities. The work also includes new sheet pile wall installation, relocation of the existing pedestrian bridge, and roadway reconstruction at each end of the bridge and a pedestrian and bicycle access path.
