Plan pickup from eight (8) locations throughout the City of Los Angeles. Digitizing and/or microfilming of construction drawings, blueprints, and oversized documents. Developing, duplicating, and repairing 16MM microfilm. Converting digital images to microfilm. Creating color and black and white digital images from media such as film, paper, photos, aperture cards and fiche. Creating indexes related to the digital document images. Creating film from digital images. An Archive Writer will be used to create film from black and white images. Contractor shall propose process for creating color roll film from color images. The microfilm address shall be included in the index of digital images (Item 1.4). Returning documents and delivering completed work. Storage and destruction of microfilmed plans.
