A. The successful Offeror shall: i. Remove and dispose of existing segments of collapsed outfall from plunge pool; ii. Replace outfall segments and headwall; iii. Stabilize dam embankment; and iv. Minimize property impacts and disturbance. B. The Contractor will be provided with the City’s current storm drainage infrastructure records, copy of the temporary construction easement, outfall and headwall details and specifications in accordance with Montgomery County and any relevant inspection and closed-caption television (CCTV) reports. Upon receipt of this information, the Contractor will perform the following tasks: i. Kick-off Meeting - Meet with the City Project Manager to identify roles and responsibilities, and to discuss at a minimum: project objectives, assumptions, constraints, deliverables, challenges, methodologies, procedures, storm drain plan questions and previous inspections. ii. Task 001: Permitting a) Prepare and submit any required permits on behalf of the City. b) Conduct required permit inspections in accordance with all applicable permits. c) Contact Miss Utility to have utilities confirmed. iii. Task 002: Pre-Construction a) Mobilize to site. b) Install construction entrance, access road, erosion and sediment controls, and any other permit requirements (temporary bridge). c) Contractor must schedule a pre-construction meeting for a City Inspector to clear site conditions forty-eight (48) hours prior to commencing construction activities.
