Mowing Season: • Estimated to begin on April 1st and end on November 30th of a calendar year. These dates are an estimate and may be adjusted by the County due to weather and/or other conditions. Mowing Frequency: • The areas within the bid table, on lines 1, 2, 4 & 6, are to be mowed at an estimated frequency of every thirty (30) calendar days determined by the Hernando County's Department of Public Works. A well-kept appearance, based on the Department's standards, will be the criteria used to determine and increase or decrease in the frequency. The frequency will not be more frequent than once every fifteen (15) calendar days • The areas within the bid table, on lines 3 and 5, around the Hernando County Department of Public Works Compound and vacant lots will be mowed on an estimated basis of every two (2) weeks on the weekends only and will commence the first weekend in May and complete the last weekend in November.
