The performance requirements are to include the following: promote and generate additional retail sales for Florida agricultural products through circular advertisements, in-store promotions, magazines, television, and social media advertising with the “Fresh From Florida” logo, as authorized by the Tops Holding Corporation. Vendor must be a non-paid member of the “Fresh From Florida” Industry membership program. Tops Holding Corporation operates several stores throughout the east coast region of the United States. They are the only known source able to: 1. Plan, draft, print, and publish online the weekly sale flyers featuring Florida product on ad. 2. Plan, print, and and distribute in-store signage to its individual stores. 3.Coordinate in-store promotions with all its individual store locations. 4. Plan, publish, and print any vendor-specific publications for distribution in-store and/or by mail to its customers. 5. Plan and publish social media posts on the vendor's official social media accounts.
