Services: Assemble and analyze data regarding existing conditions within the project area as well as the previously adopted UDO and the currently effective Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Hold periodic meetings with County planning staff and officials with phone/email availability between meetings for consultation. 4 Organize and assist with facilitating the collection of public input on proposed regulatory changes through meetings and/or methods for online input as appropriate. Organize and assist with facilitating meetings of a steering committee to consist of both elected and appointed officials, staff, and representatives of relevant outside agencies. Attend meetings of the Planning Board and Board of Commissioners as necessary to facilitate review and adoption of the proposed regulatory changes. Identify and recommend for inclusion text and procedures that may not have already been identified by County staff or included in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan, but that, in the opinion of the consultant, should be addressed to ensure a complete and effective ordinance that meets local needs
