The Company will perform On-Call Biohazard Cleanup in the identified parks located in downtown Raleigh: • Moore Square • Nash Square • Pullen Park • Dorethea Dix Park • Roberts Park; Maps of each park are attached. The Company shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, and other materials, as necessary, to provide biohazard waste cleanup and disposal for the City of Raleigh on an “on-call” basis, seven days a week. The Company will be responsible for clean-up, disinfecting, deodorizing, sanitizing, and disposing for biohazard waste, such as blood and bodily fluids. The Company is expected to do the following: • Adhere to all Local, State, Federal, OSHA laws and regulations • Adhere to all applicable laws regulations for personal protective equipment. • Ensure all waste and trash is picked up and disposed of properly. • If work is being completed by another firm within or adjacent to the specified restoration area, the Company shall cooperate with other firms to ensure there is no delay or hindrance to their work. • Provide fencing or barricades to block areas under restoration from the public. • Provide safe chemicals and equipment following all local, state, an federal regulations for safe and property application. • Provide service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year...
