The consultant selected for this project will be responsible for the following key tasks: -Comprehensive Plan Update ~Review and assess the existing Payne County Hazard Mitigation Plan (2016), identifying areas for improvement based on new data, emerging risks, and current mitigation strategies. ~Incorporate updated hazard data, risk assessments, and any regulatory changes since the previous plan. ~Ensure the plan complies with current State of Oklahoma Department of Emergency Management (OEM) standards and FEMA requirements. -Comprehensive Plan Map ~Develop or update a hazard mitigation plan map that visually represents critical risks and vulnerabilities across Payne County, excluding the City of Stillwater, Stillwater Public Schools, and Oklahoma State University.
