4.1. INTRODUCTION The City of Orlando, FL is seeking quotes for an AV Equipment Service Maintenance for the Council Chambers Broadcast Equipment. The objective is to ensure that the AV equipment in these rooms is well-maintained and in optimal working condition to support the City's broadcast and meeting requirements. The contractor will be responsible for providing regular inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and on-call support for any equipment failures or issues that may arise. 4.2. STANDARDS The Contractor must adhere to industry best practices and comply with all relevant standards, including: A. Audio Engineering Society (AES) standards. B. Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) standards. C. Electroacoustics standards (such as ISO 226). D. Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association (AVIXA) standards. E. The technician(s) that does the maintenance should be Creston certified. 4.3. AV EQUIPMENT The AV equipment to be covered under this maintenance agreement includes but is not limited to: A.
