The objective of this Invitation to Negotiate (ITN) is to enable Florida State University (FSU) to enter into a contract with a Respondent to enable the Florida Institute for Child Welfare (FICW) to secure the services of a research-driven entity with subject matter expertise in parent engagement within the child welfare system. The entity is either knowledgeable in the Florida child welfare practice model or able to contract with a knowledgeable person. The entity will create a course comprised of one overview module, six content modules, one conclusion module, a guide for two (2) four-hour facilitated training sessions, provide a coaching engagement guide, and collaborate on hosting a course recruitment webinar
