Phase 1: Convert Taxiway A into Temporary Runway 5-23 ● Conversion may include Rehabilitation of Center 10,000 ft. and other portions of Taxiway A. ● Install all temporary NAVAIDS, temporary airfield lighting and signage as required by the FAA ● Grade and sod safety areas for temporary runway ● Remove and decommission glideslope Phase 2: Rehabilitation of Existing Runway 6-24 ● Mill and overlay the existing 150’ wide runway with P-401 asphalt ● Groove and mark runway ● Install runway centerline and TDZ lighting systems ● Restoration of permanent NAVAIDS Phase 3: Convert Temporary Runway 5-23 back into Taxiway A ● Relocate and reinstall glideslope ● Remove temporary runway marking and re-stripe taxiway markings ● Install all permanent airfield lighting and signage
