The City of Coconut Creek requests responses from qualified and responsible Proposers or Consultants to facilitate the creation of a Fire Rescue Community Risk Assessment/Standards of Cover (CRA/SOC). The services and CRA/SOC must include, but may not be limited to: a. Four days of detailed instruction on conducting a Community Risk Assessment (CRA) and developing a Standards of Cover (SOC). b. Participation in a service area tour, identifying community hazards, risks, and deployment points. c. Meeting with the agency’s emergency communications/dispatching center to discuss the Commission on Fire Accreditation International CFAI® accreditation model performance criteria and the setting of benchmark targets for alarm handling. d. Coaching in document design layout. e. Instruction in data analysis and the application of geographic information system mapping tools. f. On-going coaching through shared website and web-based meetings. g. A professionally formatted and published CRA/SOC.
