Combination Trailer with 4 fully furnished regular bath/shower rooms and 1 fully furnished ADA bath/shower room. • The 4 regular bath/shower rooms should be located toward the front of the trailer with two entry doors with Vacant/Occupied door indicators on each side of the trailer complete with powered vent/skylight with vent cover, single sink, mirror, 32 X 32 shower stall, large roll lockable toilet paper dispensers, enmotion hands free towel dispensers, and foaming or liquid soap dispensers. o The steps to enter the standard bath/shower rooms should have a hand rail secured to the trailer and slip resistant material on its steps • The 1 ADA bath/shower room with Vacant/Occupied door indicators with powered vent/skylight with vent cover, complete with single sink, mirror, shower stall, large roll lockable toilet paper dispensers, enmotion hands free towel dispensers, and foaming or liquid soap dispensers, and located to the rear of the trailer that will be lower to the ground allowing a fold down ramp with rails and guards and a 5’ x 5’ landing in front of the door at the top of the ramp to allow for safe entry and exit with a wheelchair as specified below. o The handicap ramp should have slip resistant flooring. • A lockable storage area should be included for bathroom amenities to be stored such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc with LED lighting that turns on/off when opened/closed. • A lockable storage area with LED lighting that turns on/off when opened/closed should be available on the lower section of the trailer for the storage of a 100’ hose used to fill the water tank from a standard water hose outlet. On the exterior of the trailer, there should be an area where the water hose can be hung between two hooks, out of the way of all access, so that it can properly drain and be stored during the operations of the trailer and then it will be stored in the lower storage compartment when it is not in operation. • The front tongue of the trailer should have wiring connections to power the entire trailer with a generator sufficient to operate the trailer’s amenities and the wiring harnesses should be stowed to be protected from the weather when not in use. A generator will be purchased in the future and should not be priced in this proposal. • Base lighting should illuminate above each bath/shower door on the exterior and additional lighting to light up the grounds around the trailer should be installed on the exterior corners. These additional warning lights should be located on the upper walls of the front, rear, and sides in the corners so as they are visible from 360 degrees. Longer trailer may need an additional one in the middle on the sides. o The trailer should be no longer than 29’ or wider than 6’ o The waste water tank should be the maximum size allowed for a 29’ trailer.
