The State Fiscal Accountability Authority-Division of Procurement Services (SFAA-DPS) on behalf of Coastal Carolina University is soliciting a Request for Proposals for a qualified service provider for a turnkey, student success platform at Coastal Carolina University. The University engages in ongoing continuous improvement, integrated and institution-wide planning, student retention and success. The student success platform is an integral part of the University’s effort to assess success, to reach out to at-risk students, and to operationalize data. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to provide a solution which shall include the implementation, training, and software maintenance and updates for the entire contract period.
