The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for Henderson County, and any Activating Entity, to acquire as-needed comprehensive disaster recovery management services on a unit-price basis. The purpose of this will be to provide terms, act as a master contract for any Activating Entity to use as it chooses, for services as defined herein. The selected contractor, working closely with and at the direction of the activating entities personnel, will assist in strategically managing the project development and administration of any and all local, state and federal disaster programs related to the current declared emergency. Services provided in the development of such programs may include but are not limited to the following. The selected vendor MUST be able to respond and provide disaster recovery management services within 48 hours of receiving the Activating Entity notice to proceed letter. The vendor must demonstrate in his or her proposal documents the ability to provide adequate and properly trained personnel for this function within 48 hours of receiving a Notice to Proceed.
