POWERHOUSE Building Description Located in the heart of the Central State campus on Kirkbride Drive, the Powerhouse was constructed in 1886 and serviced the hospital until for nearly a century. This unique building offers approximately 30,000 square feet in area across the main floor and the basement, which offers ample opportunity for restoration and repurposing. STOREHOUSE Building Description The Storehouse was built in 1955 for the American Red Cross and features approximately 29,000 square feet across the main floor and basement. A loading dock sits on the southwestern portion of the building, providing easy shipping access for a commercial tenant.
