It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1.) Cap water supply and waste connections. 5.) Cap all floor drains in unused portions of the building to seal them from emitting sewer gases. See plans for locations. 6.) Provide and install an electric water heater, recirc pump, and associated components to provide hot water to the few areas on the ground floor with active plumbing fixtures. 7.) Provide and install electrical connections for the water heating system. 8.) Provide and install domestic hot and cold water piping where shown on the lower level plan to connect to and service lower level plumbing fixtures. 9.) Thoroughly drain down all unused water supply and circulation piping in the building to ensure there is no water that can freeze in the event of a heating system failure.
