The University seeks to retain the services of a Supplier to comply with all Higher Education, State, and federal requirements and support the University’s mission of supplying high quality education to its students and contributing to the advancement of the entire state of Oklahoma. Deliver fast effective service to University Departments. Contain the overall costs of a responsive program. The proposed solution shall be: Flexible to accommodate changing requirements and conditions as needed during the life of the contract. Flexible to comply with, and advance, Higher Education, State and Federal policy changes. Expandable and reducible, as needed, to meet Contract goals and objectives, current & future.; and, Collaborative with University staff and other University Suppliers to advance Contract goals and objectives. Supplier Qualifications Must be intimately familiar with media storage and archive. Services to be Provided by the Supplier Advise, solicit, install, and maintain media storage and archive needs for SoonerVision. Provide near-chive media on-prem, with scalable cloud-based archive solution for cloud-based storage. The solution provided by the supplier must include a future proof plan as technology continues to evolve specifically based on video quality, resolution, and file formats. Coordinate with the University to identify improvements available within the market. Keep the University informed of significant changes and/or trends in the marketplace throughout the year and provide the University with an annual forecast of market conditions. Provide University employees with their rights under the law. Provide a future proof plan as technology continues to evolve specifically based on video quality, resolution, and file formats. Communication Respond to University employees’ general inquiries within 2 business days. Respond to University urgent requests within 24 hours. Meet with the University’s key staff to discuss strategy and open issues bi-annually. Coordinate an annual stewardship meeting onsite at University. Milestone schedule University and Supplier shall work together to develop and maintain a milestone schedule of specific deliverables and/or events. Reports Provide accurate administrative and financial reports within 30 days of request. Additional reports as requested.
