Specifications include, but are not limited to: A Contractor to provide all labor, materials, and supplies necessary to remove existing commercial walk-in freezer and refrigerator and provide and install a new commercial walk-in freezer box and walk in refrigerator box including a new refrigeration system. 5.3.1 The Contractor shall disconnect all piping and wiring and remove the existing refrigeration system to include but not limited to the compressor, condenser, condensate pipe and evaporator and save to be reinstalled. 5.3.2 The Contractor shall recover refrigerant from existing system and save to be reused. 5.3.3 The removal and re-install of sprinkler piping and fire alarm wiring and devises will be the responsibility of the onsite fire safety contractor and is not part of this Solicitation. 5.3.4 The Contractor shall disassemble existing walk-in freezer and dispose of off-site. 5.3.5 The Contractor shall furnish and install a new exterior type walk in Freezer measuring 9’8” X 9’ 8” X 8’ 6” including freezer floor.
