The City of Missoula, MT herein called City, is requesting proposals from ISA qualified, licensed, registered, bonded and insured Tree Service Contractors, herein called Contractor, to provide all personnel, supervision, materials and equipment for street tree hanger removal and related services within the public rights-of-ways in the City. This RFP will be administered and overseen by the Parks and Recreation Department’s City Forester. Activities will include but are not limited to the following: -Identification of hangers in public street trees within the assigned priority tree zones for - Treatment and removal of broken branches and hangers as detailed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency - Grinding/chipping/hauling and disposal of hanger generated tree waste.
