The engineering firm selected will be responsible for providing a complete design package, which includes but is not limited to: 1. Site Analysis and Feasibility Study: o Assess the proposed site for suitability. 2. Conceptual Design: o Develop conceptual plans for the waste debris station. 3. Detailed Design: o Complete engineering design including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and environmental aspects. o Design for all necessary utilities and infrastructure (e.g., water, sewer, power). o Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations. 4. Permitting Assistance: o Assist in obtaining all necessary permits. 5. Construction Documents: o Prepare detailed construction drawings and specifications. o Provide a detailed opinion of probable coast estimate.
