Jefferson County is soliciting bids for the renovation of the Jefferson County Diversion Center. This building is currently designed for juvenile detention and will be converted to voluntary diversion center to help people with a mental health diagnosis get help without going to jail. The project consists of mold remediation as well as interior demolition and renovation of approximately 18,426 square feet of floor space. This project also includes new driveway construction.
