The intent of the RFP is to award a contract to one or more firms for the provision, development and administering of Pre-Employment and Public Safety Promotional Testing Services for various departments within Metro. The departments include, but are not limited to Davidson County Sheriff's Office, Nashville Fire Department, and Metro Nashville Police Department. At a minimum, the contractor must provide the following: * Customer Service in the form of technical support and/or answering questions via the telephone regarding testing or any questions related to the product at no additional cost to METRO. * Testing validation documents that show validation of tests provided. * Most recent testing versions of the current industry standards. * Tests in multiple languages. * A study guide or sample test at no additional cost to METRO or the test taker. Technological capabilities to provide compatible testing with different versions of the test. * Tests and/or testing material that meet American's with Disabilities Act accommodation requests. * Tests results to METRO within one week of submission. Results must be made available in electronic format acceptable to METRO (Microsoft Word, Excel and/or PDF). * Tests that allow test takers additional time, if needed without compromising the validity of the test. * Tests that allow one or more test takers to take individually and not part of a group. Specified number of tests annually to METRO without additional cost.
