• Work with Town Staff and Elected Officials on the designs and upgrades to the 2nd floor. • Obtain proper permitting for the construction. • Provide a general facelift to the 2nd Floor of Town Center. • New ceiling including dimmable LED recessed lights, HVAC vents, sprinklers, and anchor points for hanging decorations. • AV Upgrades, including built-in sounds & speaker system, wall mounted TV(s) for presentation. • General upgrades to the two bathrooms and conversion to unisex bathrooms for optimal usage. • General upgrades to the commercial kitchen, including flooring, cabinets, and other nonappliance upgrades. • Build a new storage room into the existing recessed space where tables and chairs are currently stored. • New flooring, preferably sound absorbing to help insulate any sound to the floor below. • New doors and roll-up serving door. • Preserve, refresh, and highlight the existing Town and County seals mounted to the walls. • Installation of new commercial-grade window treatment. • Potential removal of the existing baseboard heaters and conversion into a split system for heating and cooling. • Fur-out exterior masonry walls to provide flexibility for electrical receptacles and switch locations and more attractive wall finishings. The addition of electrical receptacles where appropriate.
