The intent of this RFP is to solicit proposals for labor services related to the effective removal of trash, debris, brush, and overgrowth on public property and graffiti abatement. The expected expenditure amount of $186,900 for these services is an estimate for a one-year period based on past history and future projections. The quantity of any item or service when shown in the price schedule as an estimate of an annual requirement is only an estimate based on currently available information. The purchase quantity of any such item or service is not guaranteed. Any offer conditioned upon a promise by the Contracting Entity to purchase a minimum or definite quantity of such an item or service will be rejected.
