PRUNING DAMAGED TREES. Pruning may be required to remove adjacent tree limbs damaged by the tree removal process. This work would include removing broken limbs lodged in the adjacent tree(s) and removing broken and/or hanging limbs in the adjacent tree(s). If authorized to proceed by the County program coordinator as detailed in Special Terms & Conditions section 12, Contractor shall complete tree pruning with qualified tree workers and, at a minimum, supervised by ISA Certified Arborists qualified in accordance with current federal, state and local laws. The work shall be completed in accordance with the most current editions of the American National Standards Institute’s ANSI A300 “Tree, Shrub and Other Woody Plant Maintenance – Standard Practices”; American National Standards Institute’s ANSI Z133.1; Pruning, Trimming, Repairing, Maintaining, and Removing Trees and Cutting Brush – Safety Requirements.
