1. All manuals and documentation on the instrument shall be provided in hard copy and/or electronic format. 2. Seller shall provide a video library, which includes training videos on how to use different vessel sets and system options. 3. Seller service engineers shall provide all necessary supplies and accessories required for installation and start-up. 4. Seller shall install the equipment and provide all labor, travel, kits and tools, etc., to install the equipment. 5. Seller shall provide instrument and software familiarization plus basic operating training to make sure users operating the system feel comfortable. 6. Seller shall demonstrate upon installation that the item meets or exceeds all performance Specifications. 7. Upon acceptance of the system, Seller shall provide onsite operator training/familiarization for one day. Such familiarization shall include system operations, calibration, optimization, troubleshooting and basic operational maintenance procedures. 8. System shall be warranted for not less than one (1) year from acceptance of the system(s) to include on-site training. The warranty service shall include troubleshooting capabilities based on the entire system, immediate access to replacement parts, and immediate access to system improvements and updates; unlimited telephone/e-mail support for questions regarding operation, onsite visits for diagnosis of problems and repairs of all parts, labor, and travel expenses at no additional cost. 9. 5-year warranty against corrosion 10. The microwave system must have at least two magnetrons in order to provide the power needed for heating difficult samples and high throughput vessel sets. 11. The microwave system must be able to perform complete digestions of any sample type. 12. Accommodate sample sizes up to half a gram. 13. Seller will provide accessories to cap and uncap sample vessels.
