Contractor shall prepare, inspect, charge all batteries, upgrade firmware, complete flying test and secure in protective cases prior to delivery for Matrice 30T. 2. Contractor will provide two (2) letters of recommendation from certified law enforcement agencies that have purchased UAVs from the contractor within the last 12 months. 3. Contractor shall provide a minimum of six (6) months phone support for technical assistance. 4. All purchased equipment shall be new. No refurbished or used equipment shall be accepted. 5. Contractor must be an authorized DJI Enterprise Dealer. 6. All equipment shall be received within forty-five (45) days after awarding of a purchase order.
