1.WINDOWS: Replace the existing windows with new single-hung vinyl impact windows as per the Escambia County Building Code. These units are to be complete with trims, screens, and low-e glass. DO NOT replace the garage window, leave the shutter. 2.PLUMBING: Replace the hall bathtub with a paneled wall shower unit as per Escambia County Code. Repair surrounding areas, add grab bars and replace the tub faucet with a new, handheld, shower valve set. Install a new handicap accessible pedestal sink with a new faucet. Install a new comfort height toilet with a new floor flange and wax ring. Install a new kitchen sink, faucet with sprayer, 3/4hp garbage disposal and stainless-steel double bowl sink. Install all new ¼ turn brass shut off valves on fixtures, new braided supply lines, and replace any old piping and fittings associated with this repair. 3.ELECTRICAL: Re-wire as needed or required to conform to the national electrical code as per the Escambia County Building Code.
