• Vendors shall provide an incident reporting and case management system/solution that will be utilized by the district. The specifications, capabilities, and technical requirements of the solution shall be clearly demonstrated in the vendor’s proposal • Vendors shall provide the configuration and initial deployment of the software solution (and supporting capabilities) • The solution shall be used internally within the district only • The solution shall include application functionality for concern reporting, case review, case investigation, resolution management, activity reporting and analytics • The software shall support an unlimited number of concerns reported by any defined “constituent” via the selected reporting method(s)
